Welcome to El Tropezon, where family, flavor, and tradition come together in the heart of Regina, SK. We’re Roberto and Valeria Flores, and we're passionate about bringing the authentic taste of Mexico to our community.
Roberto, a chef trained at the Instituto Culinario De Mexico in Monterrey, has always had a love for cooking. After honing his culinary skills in Mexico, he and his wife Valeria decided to share their passion for authentic Mexican cuisine with the Regina community.
